RESOLUTION NO. 2012-802
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AWARD WITH U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATION (EDA) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Financial Assistance Award, Award No. 05-
79-05007, dated August 13, 2012, to revise the Project Scope of
Work, the Project Development Time Schedule and allow the project
to be completed in two phases for the Storm Water Lift Stations
Project, by and between the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic
Development Administration (EDA) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2012.
