RESOLUTION NO. 2012-803
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated August 13, 2012, at a
cost not to exceed $19,600.00, for the construction staking,
review, material testing and contract administration for the
construction of the sidewalk and signing improvements around the
Lincoln School area for the Lincoln School Safe Routes to School
Project, Contract No. 805, by and between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2012.
