RESOLUTION NO. 2025-269
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PARK AVENUE BRIDGE MARKER, CONTRACT 1121.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has prepared plans and specifications for the
installation of the Park Avenue Bridge Marker under Contract 1121; and
WHEREAS, these documents have been reviewed and found to meet the necessary
standards and requirements for such infrastructure projects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to proceed with the Park Avenue Bridge Marker
project to enhance the local infrastructure and community aesthetics;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The plans, specifications, and form of contract for the Park Avenue Bridge Marker,
Contract 1121, are hereby approved as submitted.
2. The relevant city departments are hereby authorized and directed to proceed with the
execution and implementation of the project in accordance with the approved documents and
applicable city regulations.
