RESOLUTION NO. 2012-808
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 13, 2012,
at a cost not to exceed $24,800.00, for engineering services
related to the design and rehabilitation of the Snow Removal
Equipment (SRE) building and T -Hangars A & B at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2012.
