AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 5079,
AS AMENDED,CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT REQUEST BY OLSSON ENGINEERS ON
BEHALF OF VERIDIAN CREDIT UNION FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 2,899 SQUARE FOOT BANKING
FACILITY IN THE"C-P' PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
LOCATED AT 2300 LOGAN AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, is hereby further
amended by approving the request submitted by Veridian Credit Union for a Site Plan
Amendment for property at 2300 Logan Avenue, and legally described as follows:
NORTH CROSSING FOURTH ADDITION LOT 14.
to allow for the construction of a new 2,899 square foot banking facility in the "C-P' Planned
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. All relevant sections of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended,not affected by this
Ordinance remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final passage, approval,
and publication as required by law.
