RESOLUTION NO. 2012-810
RESOLUTION APPROVING ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION
EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH MIDAMERICAN ENERGY
COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Electric Distribution Extension Agreement dated August
13, 2012, in the amount of $6,761.51, to extend the electric
distribution system to make electric service available to the
Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) building and Maintenance building at
the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between MidAmerican Energy
Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day August, 2012.
