RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ADOPTION OF
ADDITIONAL RATES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, after analysis of expenses for the proper operation of Waterloo Fiber
Internet, rate schedules have been duly considered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Waterloo Telecommunications Utility
Board of Trustees of Waterloo Fiber Internet adopts the following rates for internet, cable, and
telephone service and related charges.
Public IP Address $9.95 Monthly
Mesh Unit $9.95 Monthly
Voice Power Supply $9.95 Monthly
Non-Returned Gateway $250.00 Per occurrence
Non-Returned Mesh Unit $200.00 Per occurrence
NSF Fee $35.00 Per occurrence
Late Fee $25.00 Per occurrence
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September 2024.
