RESOLUTION NO. 2024-12
RESOLUTION APPROVING HIRING ROSS HORBACH TO
THE POSITION OF PRODUCT AND SERVICES MANAGER
AT A SALARY OF $80,000 PER YEAR PLUS BENEFITS,
EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 4, 2024, CONDITIONED ON
PASSING A BACKGROUND CHECK AND EXECUTING AN
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that Ross Horbach is hired to the position
of Product and Services Manager, effective on November 4, 2024, and an Employment
Agreements with Ross Horbach, for the positions of Product and Services Manager, including the
salary and terms of employment contained therein, is hereby approved and the Board Chair and
Board Secretary are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the utility.
