RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIBER PROJECT
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT AND A SUPPLEMENT TO
THE FIBER PROJECT REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH CITY OF WATERLOO, ESTIMATED TO BE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $18,000,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FIBER PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE BOARD CHAIR
AND BOARD SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a Fiber Project Reimbursement
Agreement and a Supplement to the Fiber Project Reimbursement Agreement with the City of
Waterloo, in an estimated amount of $18,000,000.00, in conjunction with the Fiber Project, is
hereby approved and the Board Secretary and Board Chair are authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the utility.
