RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AS OCTOBER
30, 2024, TO APPROVE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH TWIN
TREES, LLC, TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE AT 402 E. 4TH
STREET, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS TO LEASE AN OFFICE FACILITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Telecommunications Utility Board of Trustees of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at
4:00 p.m. on the 30th day of October 2024, for the purpose of holding a public hearing in
conjunction with approving a lease agreement with Twin Trees LLC, to lease office space at 402
E. 4th Street, in conjunction with the Request for Proposals to Lease and Office Facility project.
Section 2. That the Board Secretary is hereby directed to publish said notice of the time
and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October 2024.
