RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AS
NOVEMBER 14, 2024, TO ADOPT THE FY2025 BUDGET
AND AUTHORIZING THE BOARD SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Telecommunications Utility Board of Trustees of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at
4:00 p.m. on the 14th day of November 2024, for the purpose of holding a public hearing to adopt
the FY2025 budget.
Section 2. That the Board Secretary is hereby directed to publish said notice of the time
and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of October 2024.
