RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED.
WHEREAS, preliminary plans, specifications, and form of contract for the FY2025
Prefabricated Shelter at 1700 Idaho Street, Contract No. 1112, have been prepared and reviewed
to ensure they meet the utility’s standards and project objectives.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
1. The Waterloo Telecommunication Utility Board of Trustees hereby approves the
preliminary plans, specifications, and form of contract for the FY2025 Prefabricated
Shelter at 1700 Idaho Street, Contract No. 1112.
2. The execution of this project shall comply with all relevant laws, ordinances, and policies
governing public improvements, procurement, and contract administration.
