RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT WITH ROSS HORBACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Employment Agreements with
Ross Horbach, for the positions of Product and Services Manager, including the salary and terms
of employment contained therein, is hereby approved as revised and the Board Chair and Board
Secretary are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the utility.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November 2024.
