RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
SEPTEMBER 4, 2024, TO APPROVE UTILITY RATES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Telecommunications Utility Board of Trustees of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at
4:00 p.m. on the 4th day of September 2024, for the purpose of holding a public hearing in
conjunction with approving utility rates.
Section 2. That the Board Secretary is hereby directed to publish said notice of the time
and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August 2024.
