RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PREFABRICATED SHELTER AT
3233 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
1087.
WHEREAS, the Telecommunications Utility Board of Trustees of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore directed the preparation of plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the Prefabricated Shelter at 3233 Ansborough Avenue Project, Contract No. 1087, and
WHEREAS, said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., were prepared and filed by
the consulting engineer in conjunction with the Prefabricated Shelter at 3233 Ansborough
Avenue Project, Contract No. 1087, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary
and it is so ordered on motion by this Board that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the Prefabricated Shelter at 3233 Ansborough Avenue Project, Contract No.
1087, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 2023.
