RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT WITH ERIC LAGE, GENERAL MANAGER OF
TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE
BOARD CHAIR AND BOARD SECRETARY TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WATERLOO TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Employment Agreement dated
September 20, 2023, between the Waterloo Telecommunications Utility Board of Trustees and
Eric Lage, establishing the employment terms, responsibilities, and compensation for the position
of General Manager of Telecommunications, is hereby approved and the Board Chair and Board
Secretary are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of Waterloo
Telecommunications Utility.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2023.
