RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
DECEMBER 11, 2023, APPROVING THE 2024 BUDGET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That the Budget for the Year ending December 31, 2024, is hereby approved
for presentation to the public.
Section 2. That a public hearing concerning the proposed Budget for Year ending
December 31, 2024, is hereby established for December 11, 2023, at the special
Telecommunications Board Meeting at the City of Waterloo City Hall Council Chambers at
10:00 a.m.
Section 3. That the Boad Secretary is hereby directed and authorized to publish notice of
said public hearing according to law in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November 2023.
