RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT WITH ERIC LAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WATERLOO TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WATERLOO, IOWA that an Employment Agreement with Eric
Lage, to serve as the General Manager of Telecommunications of Waterloo Fiber, and including
the compensation and terms of employment contained therein, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November 2023.
