RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
DECEMBER 11, 2023 TO ADOPT THE 2024 BUDGET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. The Budget for the Year ending December 31, 2024 is hereby approved for
presentation to the public;
Section 2. A public hearing concerning the proposed Budget for Year ending December
31, 2024 is hereby established for December 11, 2023 at the special Telecommunications Board
Meeting at the City of Waterloo City Hall Council Chambers at 10:00 a.m.
Section 3. The Boad Secretary is hereby directed and authorized to publish notice
of said public hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of November 2023.
