RESOLUTION NAMING DEPOSITORY AND AUTHORIZING
OFFICIAL BANKING SIGNATURES FOR WATERLOO
FIBER.
WHEREAS, accounts have been established in the name of the Waterloo Fiber of
Waterloo, Iowa with Community Bank and Trust and Lincoln Savings Bank, wherein may be
deposited any of the funds of Waterloo Fiber whether represented by cash, check, note, or other
evidence of debt, and from which deposit withdrawals may be made in the name of Waterloo
Fiber by duly authorized officials of the municipal telecommunications utility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS
UTILITY BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WATERLOO IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Powers Granted: That the Telecommunications Utility Board of Trustees of
Waterloo, Iowa hereby grants the officials named below the authority to sign on Waterloo Fiber’s
financial accounts.
Andrew Van Fleet, Board Chair
Eric Lage, General Manager of Telecommunications
Kelley Felchle, Board Secretary
Julie Eastman, Accounting Manager
Section 2. Accounts Payable and Payroll Checks: That the Board Chair and General
Manager of Telecommunications names shall appear on accounts payable checks and payroll
checks at such time the municipal telecommunications utility commences printing payroll
checks.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December 2023.
