RESOLUTION NAMING A NEW PRIVATE STREET
GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF 3912 WEST 4TH
STREET, AND SOUTHWEST OF 3834 AND 3844 WEST
4TH STREET, AS WEST HILLS LANE, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the new private street generally located north of 3912 West
4th Street, and southwest of 3834 and 3844 West 4th Street, be and
the same hereby named West Hills Lane.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2012.
