RESOLUTION NO. 2025-304 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS AGREEMENT WITH 3 STOOGES, LLC, TO ALLOW CERTAIN DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES ON LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF 115 WARP DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. WHEREAS, 3 Stooges, LLC has requested early access to land located south of 115 Warp Drive for the purpose of initiating certain development activities; and WHEREAS, allowing early access to the property will facilitate timely commencement of development, ensuring alignment with the City's strategic growth plans and economic development goals; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds it beneficial to approve the Early Access Agreement to support these development activities under specified terms and conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, 1. The Early Access Agreement with 3 Stooges, LLC, concerning the land located south of 115 Warp Drive, is hereby approved, permitting specified development activities prior to the formal conveyance of the property. 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May 2025.
