RESOLUTION NO. 2025-299
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH EOCENE ENVIROMENTAL GROUP, OF
NORTH LIBERTY, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,830.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2024 SERGEANT ROAD
TRAIL REPAIRS PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1091, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo requires professional services in connection with the
FY 2024 Sergeant Road Trail Repairs Project, Contract No. 1091; and
WHEREAS, Eocene Environmental Group, of North Liberty, Iowa, has submitted a
proposal to provide these services in the amount of $8,830.00; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advantageous and in the best interest of the City to accept the
proposal and enter into a professional services agreement with Eocene Environmental Group to
ensure the effective and timely completion of the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The Professional Services Agreement with Eocene Environmental Group, in the
amount of $8,830.00, is hereby approved for the FY 2024 Sergeant Road Trail Repairs Project,
Contract No. 1091.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
