QUEST BY PETERS CONSTRUC-
TION ON BEHALF OF WATERLOO
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
TO ALLOW FOR A COMMUNITY
RECREATION CENTER (HARD
COURTS) IN THEM-2, P" PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT LOCATED
ADJACENT TO 360 WESTFIELD
AVENUE. ALONG WEST COMMER-

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
