RESOLUTION NO. 2012-841
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH TERRACON, INC. OF CEDAR FALLS,
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 20, 2012,
in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00, for materials testing and
construction observation services in conjunction with the F.Y.
2011 Lou Henry Hoover Memorial Sculpture Garden, Contract No.
803, by and between Terracon, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 2012.
