RESOLUTION NO. 2012-842
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH JDE ENGINEERING, PLC OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 20, 2012,
in an amount not to exceed $25,300.00, for construction related
services in conjunction with F.Y. 2012 Geraldine Road - Phase II,
Contract No. 821, by and between JDE Engineering, PLC of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 2012.
