RESOLUTION NO. 2012-845
RESOLUTION APPROVING MULTIPLE OBLIGEE RIDER
WITH WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND
CARDINAL CONSTRUCTION OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID RIDER BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Multiple Obligee Rider dated August 20, 2012, adding the
City of Waterloo as an additional obligee under the post -
construction maintenance bond as part of the Cedar Valley
SportsPlex project, by and between Waterloo Development
Corporation, Cardinal Construction of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 2012.
