WHEREAS the City of Waterloo owns certain real property located south of 115 Warp Drive, which has been deemed excess and suitable for development purposes; and WHEREAS, 3 Stooges, LLC has expressed interest in acquiring this property for a nominal amount, facilitating development initiatives that align with the City's economic and land use goals; and WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has determined that the conveyance of this property to 3 Stooges, LLC for the amount of $1.00 will serve the public interest by enabling future development opportunities and possible improvements to the area's economic vitality; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, 1. The City of Waterloo is hereby authorized to sell and convey the city-owned property located south of 115 Warp Drive to 3 Stooges, LLC for the amount of$1.00. 2.
