RESOLUTION NO. 2025-329
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RENEWAL AGREEMENT
WITH DELTA DENTAL FOR FEES ASSOCIATED WITH
ADMINISTRATION, IN THE AMOUNT OF $38,614.00, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo provides dental benefits for its employees and seeks to
continue its partnership with Delta Dental for the administration of these benefits; and
WHEREAS, Delta Dental has proposed a Renewal Agreement for administration services
with fees totaling $38,614.00; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to approve this Renewal Agreement to
maintain consistent dental benefit administration for its employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The Renewal Agreement with Delta Dental for administration fees in the amount of
$38,614.00 is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
