RESOLUTION NO. 2012-846
RESOLUTION APPROVING CLASS 2 DOCK PERMIT
APPLICATION WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Class 2 Dock Permit Application in conjunction with the
purchase and installation of a dock system to be located just
upstream from the Park Avenue bridge on the north bank of the
Cedar River and to connect with the Riverfront Trail, by and
between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 2012.
