RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF BUILD TO SUIT, INC. FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "S-1" SHOPPING CENTER
DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EAST
OF 2541 CROSSROADS BOULEVARD, AS SEPTEMBER 4,
2012, AT 5:30 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 4th day of September, 2012,
for the purpose of considering the request of Build to Suit, Inc.
for a site plan amendment to the "S-1" Shopping Center District
for property generally located east of 2541 Crossroads Boulevard
to allow for the construction of a new 16,503 square foot Bio -Life
Plasma Services facility, and legally described as follows:
Crossroads Plat No. 9, Lot 1, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
