RESOLUTION NO. 2012-859
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE INTERSECTION OF US 63
(SERGEANT ROAD) AND UNIVERSITY AVENUE TRAFFIC
SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-858, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Intersection of US 63 (Sergeant Road) and University Avenue
Traffic Safety Improvements, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on August 27, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August, 2012.
