QUIT CLAIM DEED
For the consideration of one Dollar(s) and other valuable consideration, the City of
Waterloo,Iowa, does hereby Quit Claim to Arc Homes,LLC,all right,title, interest, estate, claim,
and demand in the following described real estate in Black Hawk County, Iowa:
Parcel"A"as set forth in Plat of Survey filed March 20,2025,as Doc.No. 2025- 3720 and
more particularly described as:
That part of Lots 1 and 2, in Block 3, "Liberty Addition" in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 2, point being a found 1"o.d. steel pinched
pipe, being the point of beginning; thence along the West line of said Lots 1 and 2 Due North a
distance of 149.95'feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1,point being set 1/2" rebar with license
#23212; thence South 43°24' East a distance of 111.15 feet to a set 1/2" rebar with license #23212;
thence South 31°11' East a distance of 47.85 feet to a set 1/2" rebar with license #23212; thence
South 00°031/2' East a distance of 29.55 feet to the South line of said Lot 2 and a point 60.0 feet
Westerly of the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, point being a set 1/2" rebar with license #23212;
thence along said South line North 89°151/2'West a distance of 101.2 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 9,640 square feet. Subject to restrictions, easements, covenants, ordinances,
and limited access provisions of record and not of record. The West lines of said Lots 1 & 2 is
assumed to bear Due North for this description.
This deed is exempt according to Iowa Code 428A.1(2) and 428A.2(6).
Each of the undersigned hereby relinquishes all rights of dower,homestead and distributive
share in and to the real estate. Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall
be construed as in the singular or plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according
to the context.
