RESOLUTION NO. 2012-864
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO JOHN DEERE COMPANY OF CARY, NORTH
CAROLINA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
ONE (1) JOHN DEERE 4720 TRACTOR AND
ATTACHMENTS, INCLUDING TRADE-IN, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $42,263.63.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the State of Iowa DOT bid of John Deere Company of
Cary, North Carolina, including trade-in, in the amount of
$42,263.63, in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) John
Deere 4720 Tractor and Attachments described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase with Resolution No. 2012-831, after public hearing on
August 20, 2012 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August, 2012.
