RESOLUTION APPROVING QUOTATION FROM CEDAR
LAKE EZ DOCK OF NASHUA, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $41,391.05, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CEDAR
RIVER DOCKS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the quotation dated July 11, 2012, in the amount of
$41,391.05, for the purchase and installation of an EZ Dock
System for the Cedar River, by and between Cedar Lake EZ Dock of
Nashua, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August, 2012.
