RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1133
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ENTERPRISE
AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT OFFICE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Technology of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of
Enterprise Agreement for Microsoft Office, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Technology did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of
Enterprise Agreement for Microsoft Office, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-1102 on
November 13, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 3, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Enterprise Agreement for Microsoft Office, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
