RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1139
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A QUIT
CLAIM DEED TO DENNIS H. HAGENOW FOR PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT WEST PARKER STREET AND
DAVID STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Quit Claim Deed, dated December 3, 2012, whereby the
City of Waterloo, Iowa does hereby Quit Claim to Dennis H.
Hagenow, certain real property generally located at West Parker
Street and David Street, described as follows:
Parcel "B"
That part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14),
Township Eighty-nine North (T89N), Range Thirteen West
(R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, and a part of
Block Two (2), Ackermant Addition, in Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Seven (7),
aforesaid Block Two (2); thence N89058'16"W Forty-nine
and Ninety-nine Hundredths (49.99) feet along the North
line of said Lot Seven (7); thence N89058'50"W Ninety-
five and Sixty-six Hundredths (95.66) feet still along
said North line to Northwest corner of parcel described
in Document No. 2005-23865 in the Black Hawk County
Recorder's Office; thence continue N89058'50"W Forty
(40.00) feet along said North line and along the
Westerly extension of said North line to the point of
beginning; thence continue N89°58'50"W Forty (40.00)
feet still along said Westerly extension to the
Northeast corner of parcel described in Document No.
2006-00467 in aforesaid Recorder's Office; thence
S00°02'30"E Ninety-two and Thirty-seven Hundredths
(92.37) feet along the East line of said parcel to the
Northeasterly right-of-way line of Canadian Northern
Railroad; thence S48032130"E Fifty-three and Forty-one
Hundredths (53.41) feet along said Northeasterly right-
of-way line; thence N00002'30"W One Hundred Twenty-
seven and Seventy-two Hundredths (127.72) feet to the
point of beginning containing 4402 square feet.

(R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, and a part of
Block Two (2), Ackermant Addition, in Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Seven (7),
aforesaid Block Two (2); thence N89°58'16"W Forty-nine
and Ninety-nine Hundredths (49.99) feet along the North
line of said Lot Seven (7); thence N89058150"W Ninety-
five and Sixty-six Hundredths (95.66) feet still along
said North line to Northwest corner of parcel described
in Document No. 2005-23865 in the Black Hawk County
Recorder's Office and to the point of beginning; thence

Hundredths (53.41) feet along said Northeasterly right-
of-way line; to West line of aforesaid parcel described
in Document No. 2005-23865; thence N00002130"W One
Hundred Sixty-three and Six Hundredths (163.06) feet
along said West line to the point of beginning
containing 5816 square feet;
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
