RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1143
RESOLUTION APPROVING FEDERAL -AID AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Federal -Aid Agreement No. 02-12-STPU-030 dated December 3,
2012, for Surface Transportation Program funds to finance the
construction, engineering, inspection, and right-of-way
acquisition related to the development and completion of the
pavement rehabilitation and widening on Kimball Avenue from Tower
Park Drive to Acadia Street in conjunction with the F.Y. 2014
Kimball Avenue Transportation Improvements, Contract No. 843,
Project No. STP -U-8155(731)-70-07, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
