RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1144
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AMENT, INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated December 3, 2012, at a
cost not to exceed $499,074.00, for additional work in connection
with preliminary survey and engineering services for the design
and preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for the
improvements in conjunction with the F.Y. 2014 Kimball Avenue
Transportation Improvements, Contract No. 843, by and between
Ament, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 2012.
