RESOLUTION DEDICATING A 45 FOOT WIDE
UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ON LAND
SOUTHWESTERLY AND WESTERLY OF CRUSADE
DRIVE, JUST SOUTH OF WILLIAM DRIVE IN
NOTTINGHAM HEIGHTS ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
That part of Section Seven (7), Township Eighty-eight
North (T88N), Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa. An easement for sanitary sewer, water
main & utility purposes Forty-five (45.00) feet wide
lying Fifteen (15.00) feet North and East of and
parallel to, and Thirty (30.00) feet South and West of
and parallel to the following described centerline:
Commencing at the most Westerly corner of Tract "B"
(Crusade Drive) Nottingham Heights Addition; thence
S53019'44"E Eighteen and Fifty-three Hundredths (18.53)
feet along the Southwesterly line of said Tract "B" to
the point of beginning; thence S40012'27"W Two Hundred
Fourteen and Fifty-two Hundredths (214.52) feet; thence
N77008115"W One Hundred Thirty-two and One Hundredth
(132.01) feet; thence N23018'23"W Four Hundred (400.00)
feet; thence N10050159"W One Hundred Sixty-six and
Thirty-five Hundredths (166.35) feet to a point on the
North line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the
Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW
1/4) of aforesaid Section Seven (7) and to the point of
termination of this easement containing 0.96 acres.
The sidelines of said easement shall be lengthened
and/or shortened to terminate at said North line,
aforesaid Southwesterly line and as needed to provide a
continuous strip;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for utility easement
purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 2012.
