RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON THE PROPOSAL TO ISSUE
NOT TO EXCEED $14,000,000.00 IN AGGREGATE
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF MIDWESTERN DISASTER AREA
REVENUE BONDS (NEW EMPIRE, LLC PROJECT)
SERIES 2012, AS DECEMBER 10, 2012, AT 5:30
P.M. IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN
CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 10th day of December, 2012,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the proposal to
issue not to exceed $14,000,000.00 in aggregate principal amount
of Midwestern Disaster Area Revenue Bonds (New Empire, LLC
Project) Series 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 2012.
