ER REGULATIONS,ARTICLE A,USER CHARGES AND FEES OF SECTION 2,
DETERMINATION OF RATES AND CHARGES,TO INCREASE SEWER RATES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:That subpara�lraiph 6 of Title 8,Public Utilities,Chapter 3,Semer
Her.ulations,Afticle A User Cmarges,and Fees,Section 2 Determination of Rates
anal Charges of the C4 Code of Ordinances of the,CKyof Waterloo,Iowa,Is hereby
amended as follows:
8-3A-2: DETERMINATION OF RATES AND CHARGES:
2.Users who hove their own private wells shall pay a minimurn sixty-six dollars and
forty-four cents($66")perr quarter,unles%rer.jUlred to property meter wastewater
flows by fire Superfinflenclent.
C.The following sewer rental charge shall become effective beginning August 1,
2025�
