RESOLUTION DEDICATING A 32' X 267' (8,544
SQUARE FOOT) OVERHEAD ELECTRIC LINE
EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF WEST SHAULIS ROAD AND
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
The East 65.0 feet of the South 300.0 feet, of the
Southeast !�,4 of Section 8, Township 88 North, Range 13
West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, except the East 33 feet thereof and except the
South 33 feet thereof. Said easement contains 0.196
acres, more or less, in addition to existing road
right-of-way, over, under, and across the described
area, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for the purpose of
constructing and running a transmission line to the proposed
substation a half mile to the east along the north side of West
Shaulis Road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 2012.
