RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1166
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY HALVORSON TRANE OF CLIVE, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY OF WATERLOO SMART
CONTROLS FOR CITY BUILDINGS, ACCEPTING THE
WORK, AND RELEASING THE $7,078.55 RETAINAGE.
WHEREAS, Halvorson Trane of Clive, Iowa, has under contract
with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain materials and
performed labor at a total cost of $370,950.00 in conjunction
with the City of Waterloo Smart Controls for City Buildings, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the retainage of $7,078.55 for the project
be hereby released.
