RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1168
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO HARRISON TRUCK CENTERS OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE
(1) 2014 FREIGHTLINER M2-106 CHASSIS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $84,451.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Harrison Truck Centers of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $84,451.00, in conjunction with the Purchase of One
(1) 2014 Freightliner M2-106 Chassis described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase with Resolution No. 2012-1106, after public hearing on
November 19, 2012 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 2012.
