RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1177
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH FARMERS
STATE BANK OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY CHIEF
FINANCIAL OFFICER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated December 17, 2012, to provide credit
cards for City employee use, including granting
collateral/guarantee and a commercial guaranty, by and between
Farmers State Bank of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Chief Financial
Officer authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2012.
