RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1178
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 11 TO
CONTRACT NO. 08 -DRB -205 WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (IDED) AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 11 to Contract No. 08 -DRB -205, dated
December 17, 2012, for the Community Development Block Grant
Disaster Recovery Business Assistance Programs, be amended by
reducing the total award amount from $2,750,000.00 to
$2,394,041.00, by and between the Iowa Department of Economic
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
