RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1179
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF BLACK HAWK
COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION GRANT AGREEMENT
#FY13-16 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement #FY13-16 dated December 17, 2012, in the
amount of $600,000.00, with a city match of $190,000.00 and
Waterloo Black Hawks match of $170,000.00, to be used for Young
Arena improvements, by and between the Black Hawk County Gaming
Association and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
