RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1183
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR LEISURE
SERVICES COMMISSION FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT FUNDS WITH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BOARD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated December 17, 2012, for Community
Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $18,000.00, with a
city match of $3,000.00, to be used for the Sullivan Park
Basketball Court Replacement Project, by and between the Leisure
Services Commission, Community Development Board, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2012.
