RESOLUTION NO. 2012-1184
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
ORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH LAFORGE
LLC AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to the original Development Agreement dated
July 2009, to change the Minimum Assessment amount for the new
15,500 square foot building at the southeast corner of Airline
Highway and Geraldine Road from $1,808,531.00 to $1,806,800.00,
by and between LaForge LLC of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2012.
